The Phantom XL Hat Cinch is engineered for cowboy hats with internal hat bands measuring 2 inches or taller.
It delivers the same secure, no‑slip hold you expect from Bandit—now perfectly sized for bigger bands.

If your hat has a tall (2”) interior band, this is the hat cinch built for you.
How to Measure Your Hat Band
You only need your hat and a tape measure (or a ruler).

Turn your cowboy hat upside down.
Lay it on a flat surface so you can clearly see the interior hat band. -
Place your measuring tool at the bottom edge of the hat band.
This is where the band meets the body of the hat. -
Measure straight up to the top edge of the band.
Keep the tape or ruler vertical for an accurate measurement.- If your measurement is 2" or greater, the Hat Cinch XL is the perfect fit.
- If it’s under 2", stick with the original Bandit Hat Cinch™ for the best feel and performance.
